Each year the section recruits interested residents and fellows into leadership positions at the NHMA Board of Directors Committees and the NHMA Chapter Steering Committees. NHMA Resident/Fellow of the Year Award 2024 Resident/Fellow of the Year Award: Twelve outstanding residents/fellows, two from each region will receive the NHMA Resident/Fellow of the Year Award for constant advancement toward a career goal, extraordinary commitment to serving the Hispanic community, and participation in NHMA as a member - to be presented at our 28th Annual Conference.
