Celebrate Healthy Families with us at the 2024 Community Health Fair, an event dedicated to supporting and uplifting the Fort Worth community, with a special focus on our Latine neighbors. Our mission is to provide comprehensive health services, promote wellness, and improve access to healthcare through a range of activities, health screenings, and resources tailored to our community’s needs. The Fair will be on November 23, 2024 from 11am - 2pm. Tarrant County College - Trinity River Campus
