The NHMA Advancing Physician Leaders Fellowship Program, established in 1999, is an executive training program that has propelled the careers of over 100 Hispanic physicians into influential roles within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, state and city health departments, academic institutions, and private practice. This fellowship aims to develop leadership potential among NHMA physician members, preparing them for policy-making and executive positions in government and the private sector. Sponsored by the CDC, fellows also participate in the "Vaccinate For All" campaign, equipping them to become impactful leaders and advocates for health equity in the Hispanic community. Join us to enhance your leadership skills and improve health outcomes for all Americans.
