Rebecca Rivera, MD Chapter Chair Dr. Rebecca Rivera earned her medical degree from UCLA, completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology in Bakersfield. Upon completion of residency, she started private practice and continued as teaching faculty at the Kern residency program. She served as chair of the minimally invasive gynecology department, chair of wellness for obstetrics and gynecology, and Program Director of obstetrics and gynecology.
