NHMA may, at its sole discretion, grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its trademarks strictly under branding guidelines provided by NHMA, as may be amended from time to time upon written notice. Any authorized user acknowledges and agrees that they shall not alter, modify, dilute, misuse, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the NHMA Marks, nor contest or challenge NHMA’s ownership of, or rights in and to, such Marks. NHMA will provide high-resolution, electronic logo graphic files in PNG format for authorized use only.

a. The mark consists of the capital letters “NHMA” displaying the design of a serpent curled around the elongated vertical right portion of the letter “H,” all displayed above the terms “National Hispanic Medical Association.”

Use of NHMA Logo

The NHMA logo is used to identify our organization, programs, and activities. You may not use the NHMA logo without written permission, and only NHMA can grant authorization for its use. To request written permission, please contact [email protected]. NHMA will provide any requirements regarding color, typeface, size, or other specifications for reproducing the logo. Unauthorized use may result in legal action. 

User-Generated Content

If you submit content or other materials to the website:
