Project Firstline: Infection Control

 IC

NHMA is proud to partner with CDC's Project Firstline campaign! Project Firstliine provides innovative and accessible infection control education for all frontline healthcare workers. The initiative offers educational resources that are designed to empower and enable healthcare workers to think critically about infection control, using adult learning principles, educational best practices, CDC recommendations, and the science that informs them.

Events / Trainings

NHMA hosted our 26th Annual Conference Project Firstline Session! You can access the presentation slides here. In September 2023, the Leadership Fellowship Class of 2023 will receive an infectious disease prevention and control session to provide training as well as feedback to CDC to improve the program for other physicians.

 Salud pledge

When you practice infection control consistently and confidently, it can help stop the spread of disease in healthcare settings and save lives! This is why you and all frontline healthcare providers can publicly pledge to take training through the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention’s Project Firstline program.

Make The Pledge!
